We have partnered with Shiprocket, a trusted logistics provider, to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket. Some remote or non-serviceable areas may not be covered. You will be notified at checkout if delivery is not available to your location.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Remote Areas: May take longer due to courier limitations
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹299
For orders below ₹299, a nominal shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS provided during checkout. You can track your order in real-time using the Shiprocket tracking portal.
Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package. In case of non-availability, the order may be returned to the origin. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives in a damaged condition:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
Share photographs or evidence for verification
We will coordinate with Shiprocket and initiate a refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our reach globally in the near future.
