At Bihar Se Bani – The Taste of Bihar, we strive to deliver fresh and premium-quality products to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and while we ensure the highest quality in packaging and delivery, certain situations may require a refund or return.
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged during transit
The product was expired or not fit for consumption upon delivery
If your case meets the above return criteria, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed in the following manner:
You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery.
You must share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number at support@biharsebani.com
Our quality team will verify the issue and respond within 2-3 working days.
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after order placement
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Failure to receive the order due to customer’s unavailability
Delay in delivery caused by natural calamities or courier issues beyond our control
If applicable and approved, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items. This is subject to product availability and location.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
